No other Charles Clemes number has cemented the company’s reputation for technical expertise as strongly as this Saltwater number. Our latest blanks, incorporating High Modulus graphite fibres in a Uni-Directional cloth, have enormous strength and power right down to the butt section. The up-locking reel seat is turned from solid Titanium, and with our double helix thread and nylon washers the locking nuts will never seize or corrode. These were the first Charles Clemes number to utilize forward facing non-tangle stripping guides for greater castability.
The rods feature a Full Wells grip and fighting butt made of the finest Flor grade cork and REC Recoil Nickel Titanium snake guides. The rich blue colour of the blank is complemented with a navy wrappings and 3 coats of epoxy varnish for a durable finish.
Each rod comes complete with an aluminium rod tube and Selvyt fabric rod and tube bags. Custom leather or canvas rod tubes are available by request.
